Founder
I’m Delfina Hoxha, the founder of Little Language Models. I’ve architected and implemented information structures for universities, non-profits, and global tech brands. Through Little Language Models, I help transform platforms from puzzling to powerful through consulting partnerships, media appearances, and my weekly newsletter.
I led the Harvard Law Review website content redesign, earning a Webby Award nomination, and wrote the content that helped the top Food & Drink app in Albania set a new daily active users record. I live in beautiful Vienna, Austria, love to read, and am named after dolphins.

Information architecture
In 2025, after leaving my full-time lead content designer role, I launched Little Language Models, one of the few information architecture consultancies in the world. Through my career working with Albanian startups, global non-profits, and F50 companies, I noticed a theme. Companies could have excellent engineering, design, and marketing talent, and fail to build outstanding sites and apps. The gap: information architecture.
Information architecture is the practice of structuring information, including navigation menus, page structure, rewriting content, reorganizing platforms (client portals, dashboards, knowledge bases, or documentation), developing and maintaining taxonomies and metadata (how things should be named, tagged, and connected).
Information architecture can heavily affect how a user views a system. I’m on a mission to help thousands of companies fix their language-shaped problems.
Name
ChatGPT, Claude, and other GAI interfaces are based on Large Language Models (LLMs). LLMs are machine learning models designed to understand and generate human language by analyzing extensive text datasets.
The name of the business playfully contrasts with AI’s Large Language Models, emphasizing a minimalist approach to information architecture that prioritizes key user tasks and business goals.
In a recent study, researchers found that our brains prefer addition over subtraction, often completely ignoring the option of removing. Our instinct to add rather than remove presents missed opportunities for improvement, especially when it comes to content and user experience. I focus on identifying the most impactful interfaces and applying the three core IA principles, making the content Findable – Valuable – Timely.
